SHANE HARGES

First, thank you for visiting. The road that has lead me to my comedy and acting career has been long and winding. However, this adventure has filled my comic notepad with hilarious stories.

I started entertaining people as a toddler at my Nanny's Taco Hut restaurant in Wagoner, Oklahoma. I even bathed in the industrial sinks from time to time; take that OSHA and the Health Department. I am the oldest of four siblings and grew up in Mustang, Oklahoma.

After graduating high school, I joined the US Army. Injuries took their toll and I was medically retired. Yes, I am a disabled vet and enjoy my free Golden Corral buffet on Veteran's Day. My two adult sons have also contributed to my comedy writings as well as my wife Casey. I have performed around Oklahoma City at the Looney Bin and The Paramount Room as well as down in Ardmore, Oklahoma, at the Mill Street Garage. 

I've found a new love in acting and am represented by Christina Jenkins of Reel Talent Studios. I was part of the cast of a murder mystery dinner theatre which opened my eyes to the world of acting. I've starred in the film Brinlee which tells the story of Oklahoma's infamous Rex Brinlee Jr. as well as three episodes of Mike Rowe's The Story Behind the Story.
